THE GROWING UP BOOK is about a kid who's trying to find the secret of how to grow up. Kendall wrote the book when she was in her mid-twenties and STILL looking for the secret! It was by imagining herself as a child on the same search that she found it. When Amy read the book (several decades later!) and illustrated it to life, Read and Write Books was born.
